The turrón is presented in two overlaid bars and vacuum packed. We have three sizes, squares of 215grs, a small bar of approx. 410 grams and a large one of approx. 610 and 650 grams.

It is characteristic for its oily texture. For us it is the most characteristic and most important nougat. It should be toasted to the point so that the almonds and honey stand out slightly. All the almonds are ground and have a very delicate finish.

It is a very traditional turrón. Only takes almond, sugar, grated lemon peel and a bit of cinnamon. For our marzipan turrón we use the almond variety “Mollar” and “Pestaña”, which have softer shells and contain less fat.
