Box of tortas de Alicante
Tortas de Alicante are also known as Imperiales. Alicante turron paste is hand-moulded into a thin, round shape covered by two sheets of pa d’àngel (candied squash paste). The whole almonds in a single layer and the taste of the pa d’àngel make them very pleasant and easy to eat. In this case, the box contains three individually wrapped tortas inside.
