In Planelles Donat we have home-made "turrones" elaborated without sugar (sweetened with maltitol). We only elaborate the two varieties more typical of the Christmas period, the soft "turrón" and the hard one.

Also known as the soft one. It's characteristic for its oily texture. For us it's the most characteristic and most important "turrón". It has to be carefully toasted so it rejumps the almond and the honey slightly.
In the granulated product you can find the piece of the almond.
Sweetened with maltitol.

Alacant
Also known as hard. Even so, it's easy to eat due to the amount of almond and crisp of the honey.
In ours highlights the quality of the almond marcona and the honey of rosemary.
