"Turrones"
We have always been producing "turrones" in Xixona following the traditional production based in almonds, sugar, honey....In the past, "turrones" used to be made only for a short periode of time that started on the first of November and finishedon "La Candelera". Nowdays "turrones" are sold through all the year.
Ice-creams
Our ice-creams have always followed a traditional home-made production. In the same way, our "horchata" has became recognized and highly regarded by our customers.
